SCOTTSDALE REAL ESTATE TEAM PRESENTS “STATE OF THE MARKET” TO SENIORS IN TRANSITION…

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA, December 6, 2011 – Ventana Fine Properties (VFP) of Scottsdale presents a “State of the Market Real Estate Update” at Vi Silverstone, an independent living community in Scottsdale. Attendees include potential and current Vi residents who have not sold their homes in the Scottsdale, the Biltmore and Paradise Valley areas.

Our mission is to clarify the confusion about what the national media is saying about the overall real estate market verses our local real estate markets in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. We drill down into what we call the “hyper-local” market, looking closely at statics as well as what’s happening on the ground level – and then relay the truth so it is easily understood.

The message is simple. These local markets are stabilizing as inventory is down and demand is up. Because the homes that this group of seniors own are primarily considered second homes or vacation properties, their situation is ideal. The majority of buyers looking for this type of home will be from out of state and out of country, which Scottsdale attracts naturally. Staging and pricing are key components which are also discussed.  The result is that this group of sellers is often in a much better position than they expect.

Client, Dr. Levy says about VFP, “I didn’t know what I wasn’t getting with my previous listing agent, until I saw what I got when I hired Ventana Fine Properties.”

Ventana Fine Properties is selected to represent seniors in transition because we continue to keep their best interests as our first priority. We care about them individually and honor their lives, their situation and value the relationships created. VFP has already helped over 30 seniors with this transition over the course of this past year and is committed to serving the senior in transition.
